General terms and conditions

  • 1. Purpose

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTCS") is to define the terms and conditions of sale of digital training services offered by [company name] (hereinafter "Seller") to its customers (hereinafter "Buyer").

  • 2. Purpose of services

The Vendor offers the Buyer training digitization services, i.e. the transformation of face-to-face training courses into online training courses. These services include creating training materials, setting up an e-learning platform and assisting trainers in creating their online courses.

  • 3. Awards

Prices for training digitization services are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) on the Vendor's website. They are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity.

  • 4. Control

The order is placed by the Buyer on the Seller's website. The Buyer receives an offer from the Seller. The Buyer accepts the offer by signing it. The signature of the offer by the Buyer constitutes an order and acceptance of the GCS.

  • 5. Payment

Payment for training digitization services is made by credit card or bank transfer.

  • 6. Delivery

Digital training services are delivered to the Purchaser electronically. The Purchaser receives a link to the e-learning platform by e-mail.

  • 7. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of the order. To exercise this right, the Buyer must contact the Vendor by e-mail or post. The Buyer must return or destroy any training digitization services and training content that have already been transmitted.

The right of withdrawal is specified in the offer.

  • 8. Warranty

The Seller warrants the digitized training services to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.

  • 9. Liability

The Seller is liable for any damages resulting from the non-performance or improper performance of the training digitization services.

  • 10. Applicable law

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

  • 11. Disputes

The Swiss courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these GTC.
